How to use FreeDMR Repeaters Dial-a-TG

The repeaters work the same way D-Star and Fusion do.
\nInstead of moving the D-Star Reflector or Fusion Reflector.
\nWe move the Talk Group on the CQ channel as you would on D-Star or Fusion.<\/p>\n

1st we want to make two channels for each repeater.
\nMost code plugs for Repeaters come as default with them.<\/p>\n

*<\/span>Add 9 to your Contact\/TG Group list if not already in it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Slot 1 and point Contact to 9

Slot 1 – TG 9 – GB7BC Local RF<\/strong>
\nIs for local RF within range of the that repeater. Locals talking with each other.<\/p>\n

Slot 2 – TG 9 – GB7BC CQ Channel\u00a0\u00a0 or\u00a0\u00a0 GB7BC Dial-a-TG<\/strong>
\nThis is full access to all Talk Groups on the FreeDMR Network<\/a> via Dial-a-TG.<\/p>\n

Slot 2 – TG9 – is your CQ channel (Dial-a-TG<\/a>)<\/strong>
\nVia manual dial, you can call up any Talk Group you wish to use.<\/p>\n

Menu - Contact - Manual Dial - enter Talk Group\u00a0 number 2350<\/em> - PTT for up to 3 sec.\r\nOr<\/b>\r\nMenu \u2013 Talk Group - Manual Dial - enter Talk Group number 2350 - PTT for up to 3 sec.\r\n\r\n=\u00a0 Manual Dial 2350<\/strong> Private Call,<\/b> PTT for up to 3 sec.<\/pre>\n
The repeater will respond with a voice announcement, \u201cLinked to<\/strong>\u00a0 2350<\/strong>.\u201c
\n\u201cVoice announcements come back on 5000.\u201d
\n*<\/span>Then via Talk Group 9 you can QSO on that Talk Group.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 GB7BC CQ Channel\u00a0\u00a0 or\u00a0\u00a0 GB7BC Dial-a-TG.
